Signup for free at these 2 services, download the software from both sites to your PC, install and let them run as more hours per day as you can. (I run these programs at least 10 hours per day). Now go ahead and add your 'Traffic add bar link' (the trafficadbar link I mention at the previous step) under "My websites" section.
